The MRQ Vials have a fill volume of 1.2ml and a very low residual volume of 2ul due to the center-draining effects of smooth walls (no ledges) and a conical bottom with a well that is slightly larger than autosampler vial needles. Side entry port needles will recover the maximum amount during use. Bottom depths of the wells are designed and QC controlled for the most critical autosampler to prevent needles hitting the bottom of the vials.

The insert has a 300ul total fill volume and a 3ul residual volume for many autosamplers and autosampler needles. The Write-On Patch and fill lines are epoxy paint and will resist smearing when working with solvents. Use with 11mm aluminum crimp caps. These lower cost Fused Insert vials have serum finish tops that provide the best seal for chromatography, when used properly with correct aluminum crimp caps.
